How can you initiate a return?

Important details

• Refunds for products will be made by bank transfer within 14 business daysfrom the moment we receive the return in our warehouse.

• Free return shipping to Romania: The return process is quick and easy with EasyBox Sameday. After submitting your return request, you will receive an email with clear instructions.

• For 2+1 free offers, all three products/packages must be returned together. We do not accept partial returns, where only the paid products are returned and the free one is kept.

• After initiating the return request, the product must be shipped within 7 days, otherwise the request will be canceled.

If you return your entire order, the original shipping costs will be refunded. For partial returns of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

The set includes Moroccan Argan Oil & Keratin Shampoo — which gently cleanses, nourishes the hair strand, and reduces breakage from the very first use — and Keratin & Shea Butter Conditioner — which seals in moisture, smooths the cuticle, and leaves hair silky and easy to comb.

Ritual of use

  1. Apply the shampoo to wet hair, gently massage the scalp and rinse thoroughly.
  2. Apply the conditioner to the lengths and ends, leave on for 2-3 minutes
  3. Rinse well and enjoy silky, shiny hair.

Nu recomand

Am folosit atât șamponul cât și balsamul, nu le recomand, șamponul încâlcește foarte tare părul iar balsamul nu are nici un efect.

În schimb mi-a plăcut foarte dare mănușă și săpunul pentru exfoliere, pe acestea le-am re cumpărat.

Atât șamponul cât și balsamul sunt foarte bune, lasă parul fin și observ din primele utilizări ca nu îmi mai cade părul atat de mult. Eu le folosesc împreună cu uleiul de argan pe care îl aplic cu jumătate de ora înainte de spălare.
