Visible exfoliation from the first shower

„I used the soap and glove as instructed and was amazed at how much dead skin I had, even though I used a scrub every week in the shower. Then I used the oil too, and my skin looks perfect.”

Florina A., about the Kessa glove ★★★★★verified customer

Velvety, no irritation

„It exfoliates really well without hurting the skin, even when I focused more on one part of my body. My skin feels really velvety after exfoliating and even 3 days later.”

Frequently asked questions

Why isn't my dead skin rolling off when I use it?

You applied shower gel first, or your skin didn't spend enough time in the steam. For the crinkled weave to grab dead cells, your skin needs to be free of oils or shower gels and soaked for at least 5 minutes in warm water. Don't use the glove under the direct stream of water: turn off the water, wring out the glove and rub your damp skin.

For some people, especially if their skin was exfoliated recently, dead cells come off without big visible rolls, and the skin is just as smooth.

How often should I use the Kessa glove?

Just once a week (or once every 10 days). The Kessa glove gives a deep exfoliation, and daily use can sensitize your skin's natural barrier. One session a week is enough for clean pores and velvety skin.

Does it scratch or is it too harsh for sensitive skin?

It doesn't scratch if it's wet properly, and you control the pressure. Dry, the weave feels rough, but in warm water the viscose fibers soften and become flexible. On sensitive areas (chest, neck, inner arms) press very lightly; on rough areas (heels, knees, thighs) you can press more firmly. Don't use it on your face or on sunburned skin.

Why did the glove shrink when I put it in water?

It's the natural reaction of crinkled viscose fiber. In warm water, the twisted threads contract and take on the dense, slightly grainy texture that makes exfoliation possible. The glove is cut slightly bigger precisely so it reaches the right size on your hand once wet.

How long does a glove last and when do I replace it?

We recommend replacing it every 3 months. With three gloves you have rituals for almost a year, without running out.

Do I also need the Beldi Soap?

It's not required, but it makes a difference. Beldi softens the skin before exfoliation, so dead skin comes off more easily and in greater amounts.

Can I give the gloves as gifts?

Yes, many customers share them. Each glove is a personal hygiene item, so the pack is perfect for a family or for gifts.
